Michael, also known as Mikey, joined Smart Solutions as a graduate in October 2018, coming in as a Business Support Manager. Having an eye for detail and data his role within the team quickly turned to the reporting of Smart SCOR, curating monthly reports which became integral to many client’s monthly meetings and KPI reports.

Michael has continued to increase his knowledge of the operations across many different types of sites within the waste and recycling industry. He currently runs the Business Performance Team, assisting in training/operational performance across England, Scotland and Wales.
