Over 99% of orders are filled via our hub and we make sure your operational managers are supported so that all flexible employees get paid via hours recorded on our portal. Reporting, compliance with licences and Modern Day Slavery compliance are all proactively managed centrally.

Smart ESS understands that there are many factors that influence the health and wellbeing of our people.

By addressing mental health issues, we know that we can improve the general wellbeing of our employees, reduce absenteeism and help support those who have experienced mental health problems.

We offer support to employees by:

  • Offering help, support and guidance to those with a mental health issue,
  • Assisting those returning to work after a period of mental ill health,
  • Making any necessary adjustments to their role/environment,
  • Retaining and supporting staff who develop mental ill health.

Our managers are supported by our HR team to develop skills to identify those with mental ill health by raising awareness of mental and physical wellbeing across the business.

We’ll react and work collaboratively with clients and temporary employees if a near miss or accidents occurs, striving to quickly minimise the risk of a reoccurrence through action, communication and training.
