Regional Director

Martin is responsible for the environmental support services division across London and the South, which covers multiple municipal and commercial waste and recycling contracts.
Joining Smart Solutions in 2017, he has built, developed and retained a team of experienced recruiters and service providers at all levels.

This has ensured continuous improvement across all aspects of the service, and in particular, compliance, fulfilment, and the recruitment and retention of a large temporary workforce. His team reflects the multi-national workforce with a combination of Polish, Romanian and British professionals in both frontline and management roles.
