HR Director

Jade, a qualified HR practitioner, is responsible for the HR  and Resourcing Support functions within the organisation and contributes to the overarching mechanics of the people related policies and practices within Smart Solutions. Joining the team in 2016, she brings a decade of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry and a targeted approach to the waste, recycling and utilities sectors. She plays a critical role in the collaborative nature of our client partnerships to ensure that people are the focus of our operational function. She takes a keen interest in our modern slavery prevention practices and heads up our Modern Slavery Taskforce.

Jade enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for the specialism. She has excelled in her career and proactively seeks to develop and evolve working practices.
